Project Lead Architect

1. Lead the conceptualization of design ideas to ensure they reflect Chanel's aesthetic.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop innovative design solutions.
3. Ensure designs meet functional requirements while maintaining the brand’s identity.
4. Oversee the creation of initial sketches, renderings, and prototypes.
5. Maintain communication with regional architects to adapt designs to local preferences.
6. Collaborate with regional teams to set project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Modify design drawings to comply with local building codes and regulations.
8. Manage a wide range of projects from small-scale spaces to large boutique locations.
9. Review construction drawings for alignment with approved designs.
10. Assess millwork, animation, and trade podium designs for alignment with standards.
11. Lead the creation of tender documents and manage the bid evaluation process.
12. Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers for premium materials.
13. Collaborate with external consultants to ensure alignment with design requirements.
14. Integrate sustainability into store designs and coordinate LEED certification.

1. A degree in architecture from an accredited university.
2. Certifications in project management (PMP) or specialized architectural fields are a plus.
3. Proven experience working on high-end, luxury projects.
4. Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Expertise in 3D modeling and BIM integration using ArchiCAD.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and challenge-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent team spirit and management of priorities.
5. Fluency in English.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing complex design and construction projects. A portfolio showcasing experience with luxury retail environments or high-end product design.
