ChanelProject Lead Architect

- Lead the conceptualization of design ideas to ensure they reflect Chanel's aesthetic.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop innovative design solutions.
- Ensure designs meet functional requirements while maintaining the brand’s identity.
- Oversee the creation of initial sketches, renderings, and prototypes.
- Maintain communication with regional architects to adapt designs to local preferences.
- Collaborate with regional teams to set project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Modify design drawings to comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage a wide range of projects from small-scale spaces to large boutique locations.
- Review construction drawings for alignment with approved designs.
- Assess millwork, animation, and trade podium designs for alignment with standards.
- Lead the creation of tender documents and manage the bid evaluation process.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers for premium materials.
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure alignment with design requirements.
- Integrate sustainability into store designs and coordinate LEED certification.
- A degree in architecture from an accredited university.
- Certifications in project management (PMP) or specialized architectural fields are a plus.
- Proven experience working on high-end, luxury projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Expertise in 3D modeling and BIM integration using ArchiCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and challenge-oriented mindset.
- Excellent team spirit and management of priorities.
- Fluency in English.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing complex design and construction projects. A portfolio showcasing experience with luxury retail environments or high-end product design.
