1. Assist the Boutique Architecture team in design management and project execution.
2. Contribute to the lifecycle of boutique projects in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
3. Understand design stages, project workflows, and construction processes to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Adhere to best practices in project management from inception to completion.
5. Engage in current design trends, construction standards, sustainability practices, and retail innovations.

1. Interest in the built environment and the Fashion Watches & Fine Jewellery business.
2. Ability to manage time efficiently and organize daily tasks within project processes.

1. Effective and transparent communication within project teams and with stakeholders.
2. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing project challenges.
3. Ability to liaise with internal QS, procurement teams, and external vendors.
4. Proficiency in project budgeting, program management, contract administration, and tender documentation.

Experience in project management or architecture within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
