1. Participate in the development and testing of future skincare and toiletries products within the Benefit & Performance team.
2. Collaborate with a mentor to learn project coordination, including drafting evaluation briefs, validating protocols and reports, and creating summaries.
3. Draft documents for knowledge harmonization and capitalization, such as external in vivo evaluation protocols, standard methodology sheets, and franchise bibles.
4. Conduct competitive analysis of claims and associated tests across various markets.
5. Support project managers in highlighting product concepts.

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field, preferably with a dual focus on Science and Management from institutions like ISIPCA, EBI, or a Master's in Cosmetics.

1. Knowledge in efficacy evaluation (instrumental or clinical) and/or formulation (ingredient knowledge) and/or statistics.
2. Autonomy and meticulousness with strong organizational and synthesis skills.
3. Initiative and excellent interpersonal skills for seamless team integration.

Experience in efficacy evaluation, formulation, or related fields is preferred.

Advanced degree in Science and Management, preferably in Cosmetics.
