1. Participate in the development of concepts and efficacy testing for future makeup products.
2. Contribute to the harmonization and capitalization of efficacy and performance knowledge.
3. Draft evaluation briefs, validate protocols and reports, and create syntheses in collaboration with a mentor.
4. Prepare documents for standardizing and capitalizing service knowledge, including external in vivo evaluation protocols and methodology standard sheets.
5. Conduct competitive analysis of claims and associated tests across various markets.
6. Support project managers in enhancing product concept presentation.

1. Advanced degree with a dual focus in Science and Management, preferably from ISIPCA, EBI, or a Master's in Cosmetics.

1. Knowledge in efficacy evaluation (instrumental or clinical), formulation, and/or statistics.
2. Autonomous with strong organizational skills and synthesis capability.
3. Initiative-driven with excellent interpersonal skills for team integration.

Experience in efficacy evaluation, formulation, or related fields is preferred.

Advanced degree in Science and Management, preferably from ISIPCA, EBI, or a Master's in Cosmetics.
