Chanel Project Coordinator Assistant Intern

- Assist in the creation and updating of product records within internal systems such as PLM and Next.
- Ensure data consistency and completeness, including nomenclature, components, dimensions, weight, coding, finishes, and colors.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate information.
- Prepare materials related to collections, including partner calendars, ranges, and collection boards.
- Support colleagues in mastering tools, particularly PLM.
- Collaborate with internal and external reference communities, including suppliers and manufacturers.
- Participate in communication regarding tool updates and data.
- Contribute to transformation or evolution projects of tools as defined during scoping.
- Identify anomalies and report blocking issues.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of product data processes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management, data management, or the luxury/fashion sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and ideally other data management tools.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong listening and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
No prior experience required, but an interest in leather goods and data structuring is preferred.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, or a related field.
