- Facilitate the European Fashion After-Sales Service (SAV) Hotline, addressing complex SAV cases, quality expertise requests, repairability inquiries, product authentication, and process-related questions.
- Relay global quality alerts to markets and boutiques, ensuring clear communication and proper implementation of necessary actions.
- Contribute to the formalization and harmonization of SAV processes, providing training and updates to boutique teams.
- Maintain and update SAV community tools, ensuring effective communication of SAV-related information to boutique teams.
- Assist in organizing and animating Care & Repair meetings, Vis ma Vie training sessions, and the annual SAV Europe seminar.
- Support the project manager in creating training documents and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze service performance, distributing KPIs to European boutiques and assisting in action plan implementation.
- Upcoming graduate from a top-tier engineering or business school.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Prior experience in after-sales service is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent digital tool proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in after-sales service within the luxury retail sector.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree from a prestigious engineering or business school.
