1. Support two managers from brief inception to final project delivery within the Image Orchestration department.
2. Manage and update reference documents for various stakeholders, including summaries, histories, and brief elements.
3. Participate in progress meetings with partner teams, managing agendas and meeting minutes.
4. Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
5. Independently manage certain projects under managerial supervision, liaising directly with relevant teams.

1. Previous experience in project management.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of initial experience in project management is required.
