1. Support two managers from briefing to final delivery of various projects.
2. Create and update reference documents for different stakeholders.
3. Participate in progress meetings with partner teams and manage agendas and minutes.
4. Monitor schedules and alert on deadlines and progress.
5. Independently manage certain topics under manager supervision and liaise directly with relevant teams.

1. First experience in project management.

1. Strong organizational and anticipation skills.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
