1. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various teams.
2. Draft detailed specifications based on user needs.
3. Participate in design workshops and propose solutions to meet project requirements.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to estimate and schedule project requests.
5. Serve as a liaison among project stakeholders, including developers, DevOps, users, vendors, and agencies.
6. Support development teams and monitor project progress.
7. Prepare and maintain test plans and documentation.
8. Conduct integration testing and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
9. Coordinate and guide teams for project hosting and deployment.
10. Maintain a backlog of enhancement requests, bugs, and maintenance tasks.
11. Develop support processes and forms for the RUN phase.

1. Currently pursuing a university degree or engineering equivalent, seeking a 6-month internship in the final year of study.

1. Proactive and dynamic with strong problem-solving abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Familiarity with PHP (Symfony/API Platform), ReactJS, CMS Wordpress, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Azure.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with project management and technical environments is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a university degree or engineering equivalent.
