1. Oversee an Autonomous Production Unit comprising multiple workshops to ensure the production of high-quality watch and jewelry products.
2. Participate in production capacity planning and ensure adherence to production schedules.
3. Monitor key production indicators and initiate necessary action plans.
4. Manage operational follow-up with subcontractors.
5. Maintain regular communication on goal achievement and ensure technical documentation is up-to-date.
6. Handle managerial and administrative oversight of workshops, coordinators, and reference points.
7. Conduct annual performance evaluations and identify training needs in collaboration with HR.
8. Provide HR with necessary team time management information.
9. Lead production with a 'visual management' approach.
10. Ensure compliance with control plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Contribute to the development and industrialization of new products.
12. Ensure adherence to safety directives and hygiene standards.
