- Oversee an Autonomous Production Unit comprising multiple workshops to ensure the production of high-quality watch and jewelry products.
- Participate in production capacity planning and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor key production indicators and initiate necessary action plans.
- Manage operational follow-up with subcontractors.
- Maintain regular communication on goal achievement and ensure technical documentation is up-to-date.
- Handle managerial and administrative oversight of workshops, coordinators, and reference points.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and identify training needs in collaboration with HR.
- Provide HR with necessary team time management information.
- Lead production with a 'visual management' approach.
- Ensure compliance with control plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and industrialization of new products.
- Ensure adherence to safety directives and hygiene standards.
- Ability to adapt to varied situations and adjust behavior according to environment, stakes, and interlocutor type.
