Chanel Production Planning and Coordination Specialist

- Define and manage delivery strategies in collaboration with Product Merchandising and Supply Chain Collection.
- Translate market needs into production objectives, focusing on delivery priorities and launch assortments.
- Ensure alignment between market demands and the industrial capabilities of the ready-to-wear ecosystem.
- Coordinate deliveries across three production channels, synchronizing by look, monitoring priorities, and making recommendations in case of disruptions.
- Work closely with the supply team to optimize boutique deliveries.
- Identify opportunities to adjust schedules based on market feedback.
- Maintain communication with distribution centers to improve processes and manage emergencies.
- Coordinate operations with specific logistical flows.
- Produce and analyze delivery performance reports, escalating alerts as necessary.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support production channels and respond to management requests.
- Prepare sales results documents by collection.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Initial experience in production management, logistics, or retail flow within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to inspire and unite diverse profiles.
- Customer service orientation and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; ideally familiar with Orliweb and PLM.
Initial experience in production management, logistics, or retail flow within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
