Production Manager - Powder Division

Within the CHANEL Fragrances and Beauty Division, the industrial and supply teams at three sites in Oise are dedicated to manufacturing and distributing Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup products worldwide, ensuring rapid industrialization of new products.

1. Lead and coordinate the production unit activities.
2. Ensure the industrialization process of new products, both internally and through subcontracting, guaranteeing their market availability.
3. Enhance the agility and performance of the division in technical, organizational, and human aspects, from budget planning to team development.
4. Act as a constant interface with teams, internal and external support services, providers, and suppliers.
5. Participate in the site's management committee and represent it in cross-functional committees.
6. Manage teams by advising, coaching, setting objectives, and evaluating their achievement.
7. Animate teams through managers, ensuring collective synergies and maintaining a positive social climate.

1. Engineering school or university degree.
2. Approximately 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Experience in an industrial environment such as cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
