Chanel Powder Production Unit Manager
Chanel, a prestigious independent entity, is renowned for its commitment to creative freedom, human potential cultivation, and active engagement in making a positive global impact. Within Chanel's Parfums Beauté Division, the industrial and supply teams across three sites in the Oise region are dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of Chanel's skincare, fragrance, and makeup products worldwide, ensuring rapid industrialization of new products. The Makeup division, characterized by relentless innovation, has seen an increase in product launches and diversity, all industrialized and manufactured at the Chamant production site.
- Lead and coordinate the production unit's activities.
- Ensure the industrialization process of new products, both internally and through subcontracting, guaranteeing market availability.
- Enhance the agility and performance of the unit across technical, organizational, and human aspects, from budget development to team growth.
- Serve as a constant interface with teams, internal and external support services, providers, and suppliers.
- Participate in the site's management committee and represent it in cross-functional committees.
- Manage teams by advising, coaching, setting objectives, evaluating performance, and ensuring individual development.
- Animate teams through managers, ensuring collective synergies and a positive social climate.
- Degree from an engineering school or university.
- Approximately 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership and influence capabilities.
- Ability to lead and coach teams effectively.
- Competence in managing operational results and strategic oversight.
Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
Degree from an engineering school or university.
