- Manage a portfolio of external manufacturers, ensuring production aligns with defined needs.
- Develop production schedules in collaboration with various departments and manufacturers.
- Ensure timely commencement of production to prevent disruptions.
- Oversee administrative tracking of material and accessory orders with manufacturers.
- Coordinate production activities to maintain process continuity.
- Monitor delivery schedules and objectives for each project.
- Track special orders to ensure precise execution.
- Contribute to the enhancement of analytical tools and report generation.
- Deploy Power BI tools to create dynamic, tailored reports.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Optimize existing analytical and reporting tools for improved efficiency.
- Monitor performance indicators to assess production and quality outcomes.
- Participate in cross-functional project management related to production or quality.
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects based on production priorities and team needs.
- Manage resources and timelines for these projects.
- Oversee prototype launches, ensuring effective execution.
- Create and manage tracking tools for prototype launches to ensure traceability and efficiency.
- Coordinate prototype launches and tests with partners.
- Verify receipt and availability of raw materials for prototype production.
- Allocate materials according to prototype needs and propose alternatives when necessary.
- Communicate launch information to partners.
- Collect and analyze prototype feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Prioritize validated prototypes for optimal launch management.
- Analyze performance indicators for prototype launches and feedback to prioritize future production launches.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (generalist, textile, supply chain), business school, university equivalent, or fashion school specializing in production management.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong knowledge of Power BI.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration capability.
No prior experience required, but an interest in production management and luxury fashion is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or fashion management.
