- Collaborate closely with the Production Management Lead for Other Accessories to oversee delivery schedules for eight collections.
- Update and maintain delivery schedules to align with the fashion activity timelines.
- Develop and manage production tracking files for 'Other Accessories'.
- Conduct weekly updates to monitor deliveries with manufacturers.
- Prepare delivery meetings with manufacturers.
- Manage dock alerts with distribution centers and manufacturers.
- Oversee quality returns and their subsequent redelivery.
- Handle billing disputes with manufacturers, including relivery delays and associated credits.
- Track end-of-delivery processes and cancellations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in a relevant field.
- Initial experience in production management.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ORLI software is advantageous.
Candidates should have initial experience in production management, ideally within the fashion or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
