Chanel Production Engineer Intern

- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the production unit, focusing on waste reduction, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing the efficiency of packaging and shaping processes using methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
- Support teams in drafting standards and procedures, visual management, training modules, problem analysis, and conducting audits.
- Manage performance indicators and develop Power BI reports.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Ability to handle large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to on-site challenges.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with Lean Management and continuous improvement processes is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
