1. Participate in continuous improvement projects within the production unit, focusing on waste reduction, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and performance metrics.
2. Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing the efficiency of packaging and shaping processes using methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
3. Support teams in drafting standards and procedures, visual management, training modules, problem analysis, and conducting audits.
4. Manage performance indicators and develop Power BI reports.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
2. Ability to handle large datasets.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Curiosity and a proactive approach to on-site challenges.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with Lean Management and continuous improvement processes is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
