1. Participate in continuous improvement projects within the production unit, focusing on waste reduction, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and performance metrics.
2. Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing the efficiency of packaging and formatting processes using methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
3. Support teams in drafting standards and procedures, implementing visual management, developing training modules, analyzing issues, and conducting audits.
4. Manage performance indicators to ensure optimal production efficiency.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to synthesize information and produce educational content.
4. Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Excellent listening skills and pragmatic thinking.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
