- Coordinate the operational management of a panel of manufacturers, ensuring timely production schedules and delivery performance.
- Negotiate production timelines with manufacturers to meet boutique delivery demands.
- Define and manage production normalization schedules in collaboration with the design office.
- Launch and oversee prototype development in partnership with the design office.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize material supply plans, preventing supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor daily delivery performance of manufacturers, ensuring adherence to negotiated schedules.
- Propose and implement best practices in production management, including planning, supply, and process optimization.
- Update and enhance performance indicators and tools, such as delivery performance and supply schedule reliability.
- Actively participate in the deployment of new tools, including Power BI.
- Engage manufacturers in performance reviews, capacity planning, and continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in projects related to the responsible transformation of the brand and its manufacturers.
- Present projects to the division committee, including the division director.
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or university.
- Experience in production management, logistics, supply chain, or procurement through internships or apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Strong affinity for systems and new tools.
- Knowledge of ORLIWEB and PLM tools is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Performance-oriented mindset.
Experience in production management, logistics, supply chain, or procurement through internships or apprenticeships.
Degree from an engineering school, business school, or university.
