Chanel Production Coordination Assistant

- Facilitate daily communication between production managers and various stakeholders in the Ready-to-Wear sector, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
- Identify and anticipate production bottlenecks, acting as a facilitator and information conduit.
- Prepare and manage production and quality reports for the division and manufacturers.
- Organize, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
- Promote and implement strategic improvements for the division, including strategic studies and organizational projects.
- Monitor material supply to manufacturers in coordination with the distribution center, manufacturers, and material teams.
- Initiate submissions with partners and formalize orders.
- Manage end-of-collection reviews with manufacturers, including accessory returns and second-choice orders.
- Collaborate with production managers in global collection planning, defining priorities and forecasting schedules.
- Oversee the production of Special Orders for the division.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Project management capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
Relevant experience in production coordination or a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
