Chanel Production Management Assistant Intern

- Oversee the supply of materials to manufacturers and verify stock levels in coordination with the distribution center and materials teams.
- Update and analyze material schedules in tracking files.
- Support the operational management of the manufacturer panel and assist in production planning.
- Contribute to the preparation and participation in key collection meetings, including schedule validation and risk analysis meetings.
- Manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers, including the return of accessories and second-choice orders.
- Ensure the update and dissemination of various KPIs.
- Participate in diverse analyses and ad-hoc missions related to the department's projects.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in numerical data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in production management or a related field.
