1. Monitor material supply to manufacturers and verify stock status in coordination with the distribution center and material teams.
2. Update and analyze material schedules in tracking files.
3. Support the operational management of the manufacturer panel and participate in production planning.
4. Contribute to the preparation and participation in key collection meetings, including schedule validation and risk analysis meetings.
5. Manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers, including accessory returns and second-choice orders.
6. Ensure the update and dissemination of various KPIs.
7. Participate in various analyses and ad-hoc missions related to the department's projects.

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience
2. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Analytical mindset and numerical proficiency
4. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is required.
