1. Organize internal and external creative briefings and meetings.
2. Coordinate internal logistics with the creative team and the Watches and Fine Jewelry division.
3. Prepare for each shoot, including makeup kit dispatch, jewelry and watch delivery, and information sharing with external production teams.
4. Assist in talent scouting and coordination.
5. Manage logistics with the showroom and archives for styling purposes.
6. Monitor post-production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
7. Organize and archive materials post-shoot.
8. Compile styling and makeup summaries for internal sharing.
9. Oversee photo retouching, calibration, and archiving with external labs.
10. Number and archive photos internally using IDOL.
11. Support film post-production processes with the dedicated team.
12. Assist in implementing creative, financial, legal, and technical resources necessary for production.

1. Higher education degree in a relevant field.
2. Professional experience in production and/or post-production, preferably in the luxury sector.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English for communication with international teams.
4. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
5. Critical thinking and adaptability.

Professional experience in production and/or post-production, ideally within the luxury industry.

Higher education degree in a relevant field.
