1. Manage the file containing rates for models and photographers.
2. Archive objects used during shoots.
3. Prepare product kits necessary for makeup and skincare tutorial shoots.
4. Archive outfits used during photoshoots.
5. Maintain the campaign release tracking document.
6. Update the tracking file required by the team.
7. Create a summary document of pieces used for the Watchmaking and Jewelry department.
8. Participate in team meetings.
9. Assist in the preparation and inventory of products used during shoots.
10. Ensure proper follow-up of post-production files.
11. Participate in verifying files related to makeup and skincare tutorials.
