1. Participate in team meetings to discuss production plans and progress.
2. Assist in the preparation and inventory of products used during photoshoots.
3. Coordinate and ensure the timely dispatch of materials to photographers, production companies, and retouching labs.
4. Develop tools for product coordination and communication with production and post-production partners.
5. Archive objects and outfits used during shoots.
6. Create summary documents of items used in photoshoots.
7. Prepare film sheets for production documentation.

1. Higher education degree in production or a related field.
2. Recognized for proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Adobe software.
2. Curiosity and versatility in handling diverse tasks.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with production processes is advantageous.
