Chanel Product Quality Manager

- Ensure the adherence to Chanel's Product Quality Policy within the Ready-to-Wear division, focusing on the Façon sector.
- Anticipate quality issues from the collection stage, define production control levels, and support manufacturers during production.
- Oversee product quality control, including initial series and production at manufacturing sites in France or headquarters.
- Facilitate the development and improvement of partner quality autonomy through audits, committees, indicators, and mapping.
- Lead a team of two quality managers, ensuring the continuous update of Chanel's quality documentation.
- Train and support partners on quality processes and standards.
- Maintain and document key skills for the production of Chanel's Chaine and Trame products.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and implement best manufacturing practices.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize production methods and reduce non-conformities.
- Conduct quality committees and serve as a liaison between field quality and overarching quality strategies.
- Manage the quality team, developing their skills and ensuring alignment with product standards.
- Provide regular quality control reports and share quality alerts with relevant services.
- Stay informed on market trends and innovations in textile manufacturing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with tooling and raw material suppliers.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in textile manufacturing and confection techniques.
- Strong understanding of artisanal processes in the textile sector.
- Experience in managerial roles with decision-making and team leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to train and guide a team of technical experts.
- Strong analytical skills to identify improvement areas in manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to establish performance indicators and monitor their progress.
A minimum of 10 years in textile manufacturing and confection techniques, with managerial experience in the textile sector.
