1. Assist the Product Development Manager and standardization team with model standardization while respecting the desired style.
2. Support manufacturers in overcoming difficulties up to the Technical Data Sheet stage.
3. Address quality anomalies reported by the distribution center on production pieces.
4. Implement methods and tools for CHANEL standards and quality requirements.
5. Organize and prepare technical meetings and fitting sessions.
6. Interact directly with manufacturers, providing feedback and explaining adjustments.
7. Ensure adherence to milestones for standardization validation in collaboration with Production Management.
8. Validate the conformity of nomenclatures, labels, and packaging with the Finished Products Manager.
9. Transmit necessary elements to the Quality Manager in Italy for series head validation.
10. Participate in collection meetings and sector meetings.

1. Degree in Fashion Design, Textile School, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer tools (PLM is a plus).
2. Discipline, rigor, dynamism, and team spirit.
3. Strong desire to learn and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Pragmatic approach.

Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.

Degree in Fashion Design, Textile School, or equivalent.
