Chanel Product Development and Quality Assurance Specialist

- Assist the Product Development Manager and Standardization Officers in model standardization while adhering to the desired style.
- Support manufacturers in overcoming production challenges up to the Technical Data Sheet stage.
- Address quality anomalies reported by the distribution center on production pieces.
- Implement methods and tools for Chanel's standards and quality requirements.
- Organize and prepare technical meetings and fitting sessions.
- Communicate directly with manufacturers, providing feedback and instructions for adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to timelines for standardization validation in collaboration with Production Management.
- Validate nomenclature, labeling, and packaging compliance for submissions.
- Transmit necessary elements to the Quality Manager in Italy for series head validation.
- Participate in collection meetings and related discussions.
- Apply Chanel's standards and quality tools for finished products.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile School, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer tools, with PLM as a plus.
- Discipline, rigor, dynamism, and teamwork.
- Strong desire to learn and excellent interpersonal intelligence.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Italian language proficiency is a plus.
Relevant experience in product development or quality assurance within the fashion industry is preferred.
Degree in Fashion Design, Textile School, or equivalent.
