- Assist the Product Development Manager and standardization team with model standardization while respecting the desired style.
- Support manufacturers in overcoming difficulties up to the Technical Data Sheet stage.
- Address quality anomalies reported by the distribution center on production pieces.
- Implement methods and tools for CHANEL standards and quality requirements.
- Organize and prepare technical meetings and fitting sessions.
- Interact directly with manufacturers, providing feedback and explaining adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to milestones for standardization validation in collaboration with Production Management.
- Validate the conformity of nomenclatures, labels, and packaging with the Finished Products Manager.
- Transmit necessary elements to the Quality Manager in Italy for series head validation.
- Participate in collection meetings and sector meetings.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile School, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer tools (PLM is a plus).
- Discipline, rigor, dynamism, and team spirit.
- Strong desire to learn and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Pragmatic approach.
Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.
Degree in Fashion Design, Textile School, or equivalent.
