Chanel Product Merchandising Business Planner

- Develop and implement customized dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor product performance, market trends, and retail key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth analyses of historical and current data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business decisions.
- Create predictive models to estimate future sales and manage inventory effectively.
- Monitor sales and product performance, providing detailed analyses to the team.
- Collect and share quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Support the buying process, ensuring alignment with brand image and customer needs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize stock levels and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries and efficient stock management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize technology and data analysis to drive innovation and improve decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to guide continuous improvement.
- Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Buying and Merchandising Retail function
- Advanced analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and translate results into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced data manipulation, pivot tables, and model building.
- Ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficient in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and customized reports.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and retail metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of luxury brands.
- Product sensitivity, trend awareness, and market insight.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years in a Buying and Merchandising Retail function is required.
Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
