Chanel Product Manager, Skincare

- Define and lead the skincare strategy for Chanel in the Italian market, including new launches and existing products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chanel Skincare, coordinating cross-departmental projects.
- Analyze product categories in terms of sell-out results, market trends, and provide key insights to the Fragrance & Beauty team.
- Develop the Italian marketing plan for skincare across wholesale, retail, and online channels, including support and action plans.
- Manage the skincare budget and monitor expenditures in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Coordinate with Client Experience and Field Development teams to prioritize in-store animations.
- Collaborate closely with Media, PR, and Digital departments to guide communication strategies.
- Develop training projects with the Training department for wholesale sales force and Chanel staff.
- Forecast sales articles and promotional support materials.
- Conduct sell-in and sell-out analyses of Chanel products and monitor market and competitor performance.
- Create concise reports for various stakeholders and organizational levels.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project/product management within the beauty sector, preferably with marketing and digital/retail experience.
- Deep knowledge and passion for the beauty industry, with sensitivity to luxury products and a client-driven approach.
- Leadership skills with the ability to positively influence colleagues and communicate clearly at various levels.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills (advanced Office suite proficiency).
- Experience in collaborating and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, with a preference for proficiency in French.
