- Define and advocate for the product vision in alignment with the company's overarching strategy.
- Translate the product vision into a clear and actionable roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
- Ensure developments are driven by user needs rather than feature accumulation.
- Make informed prioritization decisions using frameworks such as RICE or Impact vs Effort.
- Balance business, technical, and UX needs to maximize value delivery.
- Proactively manage the backlog in collaboration with Technical Product Owners and Business Owners.
- Lead product discovery phases with a user-centric approach, utilizing interviews, user testing, and data analysis.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Organize cross-functional workshops to develop a comprehensive understanding of issues and solutions.
- Foster collaboration between Tech, UX, and Business teams to co-create optimal solutions.
- Anticipate inter-team and inter-product dependencies ahead of development phases.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads for effective initiative synchronization.
- Participate in PI Planning to align roadmaps and manage priorities based on interdependencies.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product evolution impact.
- Pilot experiments and test hypotheses before committing to extensive developments.
- Adjust product strategy based on results and market evolution.
- Mastery of prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, Kano, WSJF, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL).
- In-depth knowledge of Discovery methods (JTBD, user interviews, A/B testing).
- Experience in facilitating workshops (Design Sprint, Story Mapping, Opportunity Mapping).
- Good understanding of technical constraints to effectively communicate with developers.
- Natural leadership to unite teams around a clear product vision.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills for informed strategic decision-making.
- Effective communication to align stakeholders and advocate for decisions.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and adjust strategy based on field insights.
Proven experience in product management, particularly in digital product environments, with a focus on user-centric design and strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
