1. Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience
2. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback
3. Provide ongoing training and development for team members
4. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis and reporting
5. Lead a team with agility and resilience to enhance performance
6. Represent Chanel in the market and develop the client base through community involvement

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
5. Passion for Chanel's history and product offerings

Minimum 5 years of related experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $110,000. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
