1. Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,100, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
