1. Lead and manage the business within the Handbags and Small Leather Goods, Costume Jewelry, and Other Accessories categories.
2. Coach and inspire a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages feedback and teamwork.
4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel's savoir-faire and service excellence.
5. Drive product category performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic planning in collaboration with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, expanding the client base through community engagement and partnerships.
7. Apply key performance indicators to enhance team and business performance.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 5 years in a related field, demonstrating leadership and business management capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $120,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
