- Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment with a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
- Provide ongoing training and development for team members, including Chanel savoir-faire and product details.
- Drive all aspects of the Shoes & Other Accessories division, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
- Lead a team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators to enhance performance.
- Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in product management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,800. Additional forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential.
