1. Lead and manage the Accessories product category, driving business growth and performance.
2. Coach and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.

4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on product knowledge and service excellence.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team on assortment planning and business strategies.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing client relationships and engaging in community partnerships.
7. Utilize key performance indicators to enhance team and business performance.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $89,000 to $110,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable compensation.
