1. Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.

4. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
5. Lead a team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators to enhance performance.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000. Additional variable pay and bonus potential may be offered.
