1. Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.
2. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
3. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
4. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
5. Lead a team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators to enhance team and business performance.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and perks.
