1. Lead and manage a diverse team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive business growth within assigned product categories, including handbags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, costume jewelry, and other accessories.
3. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
4. Provide comprehensive training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel's savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Analyze and report on product category performance, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.
7. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $110,000. Additional variable pay components may include bonus potential and other incentives.
