1. Lead and manage the business for specific product categories, including Handbags, Small Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, Costume Jewelry, and Accessories.
2. Coach and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
5. Drive business performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic planning in collaboration with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing client relationships and engaging in community partnerships and events.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Passion for client experience and luxury retail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 5 years in a related field, preferably within luxury retail or a similar industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
