- Develop and adapt the fragrance strategy for the German market in alignment with the European roadmap.
- Maximize and orchestrate 360° omnichannel campaigns in close collaboration with Sales, Client Experience, Merchandising, Media, Digital, CRM, PR, Training, and Retail departments.
- Present marketing plans at both local and European levels.
- Track campaign performance and derive corresponding strategies.
- Forecast product innovations and support materials.
- Manage budget responsibilities and conduct continuous cost control.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience in marketing or product management within the beauty industry.
- Analytical proficiency with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Passion for strategic marketing development.
- Interest in the latest beauty trends.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Fascination with the luxury industry and strong customer orientation.
- Digital proficiency and adeptness with MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English.
Several years of experience in marketing or product management within the beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
