Chanel Product Manager

- Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Provide initial and ongoing training for team members, including product knowledge and service delivery.
- Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
- Collaborate with the Home Office buying team to optimize product offerings.
- Lead a team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators to enhance performance.
- Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and business acumen within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $89,000 through $110,000. Additional variable pay components may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
