1. Coach and inspire a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $121,100, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
