Chanel Product Expertise Laboratory Engineer

- Validate the quality level of finished products at the end of the development phase.
- Define the most relevant testing plan by formulation to ensure formula/packaging/process alignment.
- Participate in projects studying the Period After Opening (PAO) for known and emerging formulations.
- Collaborate with industrial sites to establish a qualification process for overflow production.
- Conduct theoretical studies and real or accelerated condition tests on product formulations.
- Analyze certification results of market-released products to capitalize on findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with cosmetic product development.
- Knowledge in formulation or packaging is advantageous.
- Pragmatic and rigorous approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in cosmetic product development is preferred, with a focus on formulation or packaging.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
