1. Lead the product development process from finalized prototype to production launch.

5. Maintain accuracy of technical data in software tools such as CAD, PLM, and M3.
6. Develop comprehensive technical documentation.
7. Initiate and validate tooling processes.
8. Oversee the execution of pre-series production, adhering to project milestones.
9. Provide technical support to manufacturing workshops and subcontractors.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion and Leather Goods or as a Design Modeler.
2. Significant experience in product development within the luxury fashion or leather goods industry.

1. Proficiency in all stages of luxury leather goods or high-end garment production.
2. Project management skills, including scheduling and milestone tracking.
3. Ability to lead cross-functional meetings.
4. Proficiency with software tools such as CAD, PLM, and M3.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

7. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners.

Significant experience in product development within the luxury fashion or leather goods industry is required.
