1. Lead the development of a product portfolio from aesthetic validation to showroom set delivery.
2. Manage the development of collection products and products for other clients.
3. Assemble and lead project teams to mitigate risks in collaboration with development partners.
4. Contribute to the realization of innovations.
5. Ensure the delivery of product deliverables at Price and Collection Review milestones.
6. Monitor the progress of the technical definition phase of development.
7. Ensure the completeness of product and material definitions.
8. Gather and present collection review deliverables to clients and internal manufacturing teams.
9. Coordinate and synchronize all necessary resources and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in luxury product or accessory development.

1. Strong fashion sensitivity.
2. Excellent project management skills.
3. Dynamic leadership and proactivity.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in office tools: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
6. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

5 to 8 years of experience in luxury product or accessory development, with a deep understanding of development and manufacturing processes.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering.
