- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project groups from marketing brief to first industrial production, ensuring product availability according to defined launch dates.
- Develop feasibility studies to ensure alignment between briefs, business solutions, timelines, and costs.
- Guide product design through risk analysis based on feasibility studies.
- Report project progress to decision-making bodies, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring adherence to key milestones such as feasibility, design review, and industrialization review.
- Challenge teams to find the right balance between project objectives, resources, risk analysis, and potential solutions.
- Control unit costs and project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's development processes, including training new project group members.
- Lead continuous improvement projects for development processes.
- 5 years of experience, with 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Passion for fragrance and product development.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a complex environment.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills for team leadership.
- Creativity and drive with strong analytical abilities.
- Emotional intelligence, including relationship-building, agility, and stress management.
- Proficiency in operational management tools such as Teamcenter and Orchestra.
5 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a similar position within product development or project management.
Comprehensive onboarding program, including training on the history and products of Chanel Fragrance and Beauty.
