1. Lead and manage product evolution projects within the Sustainable Practices & Compliance division.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and constraints.
3. Conduct feasibility studies to ensure alignment between business needs, solutions, and project timelines.
4. Define the most suitable scenarios considering risk analysis and past experiences.
5. Challenge teams to balance project stakes with available resources and solutions.
6. Oversee multi-disciplinary project groups from needs assessment to product delivery.
7. Prepare project reports and escalate risks or necessary decisions to governance bodies.
8. Facilitate monthly project review meetings.

1. Advanced technical degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product development roles.

2. Excellent organizational and logical reasoning skills.
3. Proficient in synthesis, analysis, and reporting.
4. Recognized leadership and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable working in a matrix environment.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a product development-related role, demonstrating credibility in leading cross-functional teams.

Advanced technical degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university.
