1. Lead and manage product evolution projects within the Sustainable Practices & Compliance Directorate.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and constraints.
3. Facilitate feasibility studies to ensure alignment between business needs, solutions, and project timelines.
4. Define the most suitable project scenarios considering risk analysis and past experiences.
5. Challenge teams to balance project stakes with available resources and solutions.
6. Oversee multi-disciplinary project groups from requirements gathering to product delivery.
7. Prepare project reports and escalate risks or necessary decisions to governance bodies.
8. Conduct monthly project review meetings.
9. Manage print documentation and nomenclature updates.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
4. Familiarity with matrix organizational structures.

Minimum of 2-3 years in a product development-related role, demonstrating credibility in leading cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
