Chanel Product Development Coordinator

- Oversee the development of prototypes within the Prêt-à-Porter department, acting as a key liaison.
- Create and update model identity sheets using PLM tools.
- Ensure accurate updates of nomenclatures in PLM and facilitate information transfer to Orli.
- Identify technical criteria related to craftsmanship.
- Contribute to the pricing and optimization of models by estimating material needs and proposing cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and coordinate a product team of 5-6 members, ensuring deadlines are met and information flows smoothly.
- Enhance internal processes and ensure the effectiveness of information systems.
- Develop team competencies and ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and well-being standards.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and set objectives for team members.
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Expertise in flat pattern cutting and assembly techniques.
- Strong product sensitivity and autonomy.
- Exemplary organizational and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Lectra Modaris V8, Diamino V6, and/or Optitex PDS21 - Marker21.
- Familiarity with PLM Centric and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role with at least 5 years in management.
Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
