Chanel Product Development Assistant

- Assist in the development process of makeup products within the 31 franchise, collaborating closely with the International Makeup Marketing team.
- Coordinate product development with the Research Laboratory, makeup creation studio, and development teams under the guidance of a Product Manager.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal marketing, retail education, and communication teams.
- Monitor and support international teams to ensure successful campaign execution, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Prepare for major international events such as International Meetings and Marketing Plans.
- Conduct regular competitive analyses and performance reviews to inform marketing strategies and product development insights.
- Higher education degree in business or a related field.
- Strong creative mindset with a keen interest in luxury products and the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in product development marketing and/or operational marketing is preferred.
Higher education degree in business or a related field.
