- Conduct active market research and competitive analysis on gifting trends, commercial animation, and customer experience.
- Analyze market best practices to identify improvement opportunities and differentiation levers in alignment with the brand's DNA.
- Engage regularly with regional markets to understand their needs and business specifics to inform campaign offerings.
- Participate in the strategic planning and execution of global and local brand animations.
- Collaborate in the development process from briefing to final delivery of campaign orchestrations to regions.
- Assist in the development and management of point-of-sale materials for campaign deployment.
- Prepare development briefs for wrapping and gifting elements.
- Coordinate with supply chain and forecasting teams to ensure the availability and distribution of gifting elements.
- Support the development and management of the wrapping and gifting catalogues for campaigns and institutional use.
- Facilitate communication and adoption of Key Event Moments (KEM) by local teams and sales points.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Seeking an internship as part of a gap year or end-of-studies program.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and curiosity.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
No prior experience required, suitable for students in their final years of study.
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university.
