Chanel Product Development and Quality Assurance Specialist

- Assist the Head of Product Development in standardizing finished product models while adhering to the desired style.
- Support manufacturers in overcoming production challenges up to the Technical Data Sheet stage.
- Address quality anomalies reported by the distribution center on production pieces.
- Organize and prepare technical meetings and fitting sessions.
- Interact directly with manufacturers to communicate feedback, explain alterations, and correct patterns as needed.
- Ensure adherence to timelines for standardization validation in collaboration with Production Management.
- Validate the compliance of nomenclatures, labels, and packaging with the Finished Products Manager.
- Provide necessary elements to the Quality Manager in Italy for series head validation.
- Participate in collection meetings and sector-specific meetings, including commercialization, prototype reviews, and quality discussions.
- Implement Chanel's standards and quality methods for finished products.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile/Clothing School, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer tools (PLM is a plus).
- Discipline and rigor.
- Dynamic and team-oriented.
- Eagerness to learn and strong interpersonal intelligence.
- Pragmatic approach.
Previous experience in product development or quality assurance within the fashion industry is advantageous.
Degree in Fashion Design, Textile/Clothing School, or equivalent.
