Chanel Product Assistant Intern — Costume Jewelry

- Support the product manager across the seasonal costume-jewelry collection lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation.
- Conduct trend and competitive research to inform assortment and design briefs.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation: spec sheets, BOMs, technical packs and internal presentation materials.
- Coordinate sample creation, fittings and quality follow-ups with suppliers and ateliers.
- Monitor sample timelines, update tracking tools and escalate delays to stakeholders.
- Assist in costing preparation and basic margin analyses for proposed pieces.
- Liaise with merchandising, retail, marketing and supply teams to ensure accurate range implementation.
- Contribute to internal presentations and archive collection materials for reference.
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme in fashion, product development, business or a related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
- Interest or demonstrable knowledge in jewellery, accessories or fashion product development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with product specification workflows.
- French language proficiency desirable; professional working knowledge of English advantageous.

No specific length of professional experience required; prior internships or project work in fashion accessories, product development or merchandising are advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a university or specialised fashion/business school programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in fashion, product development, business or a related field.
