1. Deliver and implement the product training plan for key retailers distributing Chanel products.
2. Develop product knowledge for Chanel sales staff across retail and wholesale channels.
3. Adapt and implement training plans defined by the Paris headquarters.
4. Implement the service training plan in collaboration with Retail Training and Client Experience functions.
5. Manage training operations in collaboration with Product Marketing and Operations, including handling orders and work materials.
6. Provide cross-functional support to all activities within the Training department.

1. Bachelor's degree

3. Proficiency in conducting classroom training and workshops
4. In-depth knowledge of fragrances, skincare, and makeup

6. Digital proficiency with Learning Management Systems and digital facilitation tools

8. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty sector.
